What Do I Need To Awaken The Consciousness? More Freedom, Responsibility, Or Awareness?
“Living the crisis fully as possible. If we increase awareness, the changes in our life come alone.” -Jon Kabat-Zinn, promoter of mindfulness in the West
Thanks to mindfulness, we are able to actively pay attention to the present moment without judgment.
Through the development of this capacity, we are able to embrace the reality of things, which is healing and transformative at all levels, since there is even a neurological transformation.
We could say that mindfulness proposes increasing our consciousness to achieve a change in attitude, perspective, and life. They do not tell us to fall in love with life, but rather to accept it and experience it as such.
This is a novel approach because virtually all of our Western health disciplines are geared toward eliminating symptoms, relieving discomfort, destroying chaos, and the need for “normalcy.”
At school, they teach us to think to solve, however, mindfulness seeks to simply experience experiences to achieve change or deepening in what you are and what is around you.
Awakening consciousness
It is simply about stopping living asleep and starting to be awake. Without doing anything or trying to change, just meditating and becoming aware (something that undoubtedly requires a lot of discipline).
Thus, for example, if we embrace negative thoughts that cause us to enter a harmful spiral, we will prevent them from continuing to reproduce. It is obvious that not everything is beautiful in life, we simply have to increase our awareness to stop feeding it.
“The first step towards change is awareness. The second step is acceptance.” – -Nathaniel Branden-
Because a distracted mind is an unhappy mind. Only if we combine and bring everything together in one, we will achieve health, well-being, and wisdom.
Because “the cultivation of mindfulness is a radical act of sanity, love, and compassion for oneself.”
Our team gives you wise advice through the “Chrysalis Tarot”. Choose one of the three cards and then find the message.
If you chose option # 1:
For the awakening of consciousness, the oracle recommends Responsibility.
It does not mean that in your private life or activities you lack this characteristic; it is a little deeper and has to do with taking charge of the decisions we have made in life.
If it resonates with you, you can start looking at what area of your life you think someone outside of you was to blame for how things are.
Do you still think that if your parents were different, your life would be too? Do you still think that former partner marked you forever and you can’t be happy about that story?
Responsibility gives us freedom and joy because when we realize that the life we want depends only on us and on no one else, our consciousness expands and we stop complaining and lamenting.

If you chose option # 2:
The oracle recommends Freedom for the awakening of consciousness.
This independence has to do with leaving out all the beliefs that we receive as children, whether in our homes, places where we study, the neighborhood, what we heard from those around us.
When we see that these paradigms no longer resonate with me and that there are other ways of seeing life that suit me, then I am free, what I learned is no longer a dogma and I can live life from my truth, honoring what I have learned and resignifying it as new learnings.
Freedom in the awakening of consciousness is necessary since you need to understand that in life there are many and varied ways of looking, many truths, depending on where you are looking at reality.
If you chose option # 3:
Awareness is what the oracle suggests to you for awakening on the path of self-knowledge.
It is knowing why I get up every morning, the friends I have, the family that surrounds me, what moves me and keeps me alive.
It is to stop doing things because they have to be done and to give them a deep meaning, of enjoyment and happiness. Do I love my job and do I feel developing in that activity? Do I enjoy my family life? Do I like what I do in my free time?
Awareness is to deeply understand my mission in this life, which is to be happy and enjoy every minute. And it’s done one day at a time, always appreciating the possibility of changing course.
