What Attracts You First to the African Savanna Will Reveal Your Main Problem in Life
It is not always easy to determine what prevents us from moving forward. Many conflicts remain in our subconscious and remain there until we reveal everything that does not correspond to our thinking.
To cope with difficult situations and eradicate conflicts that drain our psyche, it would be advisable to determine the reason: what prevents us from growing and developing?
Referring to archetypal psychology, we used the classic image of the African savanna for this test. But let’s get down to the test!
Take a look at the image. Imagine that you are in the savannah and tell me what gets your attention?
If you paid attention to …
1. Trees
If you focus on trees, the emphasis is on the need to evolve and change the present. Obviously, you are going through a period of your life when you have several important decisions to make.
There is something that is holding you back (trees develop, but not move), and therefore prevents you from moving forward. You cannot take the leap that can take you to where you really need to be.
You have to change all of this and try to see yourself differently. Maybe it’s not as difficult as it sounds.
2. Elephant
The elephant represents greatness. If the first thing that caught your attention is the elephant, then your main problem is ignorance, especially in the area of emotional relationships.
Your affective sphere brings with it many problems that you cannot fully grasp. There are problems in your past that are left unresolved that you really don’t want to face.
Of course, it scares you, and that is your problem, and you find it difficult to act and make changes right now.

3. Giraffe
The physical characteristic that gets our attention the most is the neck. In psychoanalysis, this animal’s neck lengthening action symbolizes the desire to succeed. If the first thing that grabs your attention is a giraffe, then low self-esteem is at the center of your problem.
The giraffe also demonstrates the value of effort: the desire to overcome the difficulties that come with maintaining balance. Another element associated with this creature is the appearance: thanks to its long neck, the giraffe can actually see at great distances, but this is not always a positive aspect.
In your case, foresight forces you to project yourself too far into the future and charge yourself with excessive anxiety.
4. Leo
Leo represents aggression and predation, characteristics that we keep in mind as animal heritage. Leo is assigned a dominant role that leads others to obedience and submission.
If your focus is on the lion, the emphasis is on feelings of oppression. You feel overwhelmed by events as if they cannot be controlled! You often feel passive, inert, and tired. Everyday life takes on all the responsibilities and practical things you need to do.
To move forward, you must understand that not all the burden of worries should fall on your shoulders. Live more easily and try not to worry about everything. Life has not brought you to its will. It is you who gives in and lets the events take over.
5. Birds
Birds symbolize the freedom of the soul, elevation above everything that moves, the breath of clean air. They are fleeting, elusive, free … If your attention is focused on the birds, it means that you feel too overwhelmed by the weight of responsibilities.
You can tolerate many things in life, but you cannot take on the role of a subordinate. You do not like to follow directions and you cannot bear responsibilities that include obligations.
You want to feel free at any time. We live in a very complex society where we all compromise. But compromises are especially difficult for you to digest, they cause frustration and feelings of oppression.
