Symbol 1 – Athlete

The athlete phase is the least mature of all life stages. It is characterized by an obsession with appearance and physique. The athlete’s phase can be narcissistic, critical, or even both. A typical example of this is adolescence, but also people created by narcissistic parents.

Symbol 2 – Warrior

As we advance the athlete phase, we reach the warrior phase. This is where we start taking responsibility and have a desire to be successful in life. Our goals seem to be a little clearer.

Symbol 3 – Declaration

The declaration phase is a big step forward. This phase is often linked to raising children and focuses on bringing them to a better life. However, it’s not just about creating children – it’s about leaving a legacy. This is the best time to reflect on what you have achieved, not only for yourself but also for others in your life.

Symbol 4 – Spiritual

The spiritual phase is the last of life. At this stage, we realize that we are more than what we accumulate: that they are money, friends, goods, good deeds. We realize that we are spiritual beings on a journey of life that has no real beginning and end. The spiritual phase consists of releasing the light in people, acting without expectations, having without possessing.
