Our spiritual mentors are non-physical assistants who help us on our journey. They often leave us signs to give directions. Sometimes signs and messages are difficult to decipher. Choose the ball that you like best and get your message from your spiritual mentor.

1. Have you spent a lot of time indoors without sunshine and warming your face? Have you been called to spend more time outdoors? A little bit of nature and the sun is exactly what your mind, body, and soul need. If possible, spend at least 20 minutes outside during the following weeks. This will air your aura.

2. Do not be afraid to be an independent thinker. You may encounter a situation where your thoughts, perspectives, and beliefs will be completely different from the rest. Just because there is disagreement does not mean that both sides are wrong. Sometimes you need to trust yourself and pay attention to the internal excitations of higher knowledge and follow the internal path. You can see things clearly. Trust yourself and pay attention to the signs.

3. Advice from your spiritual mentor – seek wise advice from someone you admire and have life experience. For example: if you have financial problems, then it would be better to seek advice from someone who has overcome these problems.
