However, sometimes we do not realize all the good that we have, because we are blocked by our complexes, feelings of guilt, and negative thoughts towards everything we are, do, or stop doing. Increasing self-esteem is vital for us to feel good about ourselves.

You must learn that the opinion of others is not important or defines you. You must learn to stop talking about “failures” because that only lowers your energy and makes you look like a loser.
All the experiences we have had in this life are just that, experiences, and if they didn’t work out, it was because they had to be, and the important thing is to get tools out of that that didn’t work out, and then turn them into medals of honor that I carry with pride. because thanks to those experiences I am a beautiful person.

You must learn to make conscious that voice that mistreats you and tells you that you are useless, that you are stupid, ugly, fat, that no one is going to love you.
